New setup recommendations? All in for [$1500-$220]
Fellow themselves list "high-quality food-grade plastic" alongside stainless and brass on the official spec sheet. The early reviews look good but nobody really knows how it ages at year 5. For $1,500+ I'd look at the prosumer brands who have been making these since before Fellow existed. For your s

Wanting to upgrade my budget grinder
Good range to be looking at. The Baratza Encore is a solid workhorse but worth knowing it is primarily designed for filter coffee rather than espresso, the stepped adjustment and grind range does not give you the fine control espresso really needs for dialling in. If espresso is your main brew metho

Even this guy can’t stop staring at my new machine. Now looking to upgrade my grinder, looking for suggestions [$600]
I bought a EUREKA MIGNON SILENZIO 55 about five years ago, and I still love it. Best purchase I have ever made. I do about 8 dosed shots a week, and it has never needed maintenance other than occasionally cleaning the burrs. Super easy to dial in. The main selling point for me was how quiet it is. W

Grinder recommendations needed [$300-$350] I’m open to hand grinders or auto
Def. At this price point it’s never gonna be quiet. I remember my 17yo Baratza Vario well. The extra $ for the Mignon Silenzio is probably worth it but these well-made grinders just keep going and going. By the time I upgraded I just went up a step to the Eureka Oro XL which I don’t regret

Best grinder/espresso machine all-in-one? [$500-1000]
The built in machine grinders are typically quite loud - especially on the Brevilles. Most people in this subw I'll recommend against a combined setup because it doesn't really help you save money and it's not going to give you better coffee. I would recommend watching some YouTube video comparisons

Help me choose a grinder [$200-$500] that’s not an Opus
I got rid of my Brattza a couple of years ago and replaced it with an Eureka Mignon Silenzio 55 Espresso Grinder. I replaced the hopper with a single-dose hopper featuring a bellows from Amazon.I stressed like crazy about what grinder to get and settled on this one in the end. I'm happy every day th

Be real with me. Opening an Espresso bar in a Barber Shop. [$1500-$2000]
For the loudness, I'd highly recommend something in the Eureka mignon silenzio family. Super quiet, actually quieter than my bambino plus is. It's also a beautiful machine and comes in a variety of colours to fit in with whatever look you have going on
