Known issue is the center bristle bar bushing coming loose. It's a super easy fix and there is a x10 teardown video on YouTube that goes thru it. I personally have fixed mine. Other than that my X10 was a tank. Gave it away to a family friend because I got a new vac from Eufy but it still runs
