GET.THE.ROBOT.VACUUM.

Yes, do this! I always thought they were kind of silly, and then I was on crutches for over a year, and vacuuming on crutches sucks. So, I bought a cheap Roomba at Costco about 12 years ago. Loud as heck, but I could schedule it to run and it did a reasonably good job. I upgraded to a little bit nic

Wife says it's time, what's the best robot vacuum?

I like my Eufy X10 Omni, a lot of bang for the buck and I especially like never having to mop. I do, however, have to maintain the little guy. I'm something of a vacuum cleaner myself.

Best bang-for-buck robot vacuum for Mother’s Day gift?

For gardening dirt + hardwood + a bad back, I'd 100% go with a self-emptying robot vacuum. Bending down to empty it all the time kinda defeats the purpose lol. Eufy X10 Pro Omni ($500) is probably the best value. Strong suction, rubber brushes, self-emptying dock — super low maintenance. If there's

What’s something you spent money on that actually improved your life long-term?

Mine is the Eufy X10 Pro. I think I got it for like $500 during Black Friday. Watch the prices as they do drop at times. They can be crazy expensive too, but honestly a basic vacuum and mop function is plenty. And you can get replacement parts on Amazon for like $10

What is an appliance/gadget you have that has significantly improved your quality of life?

The sensors in many of the robo vacs have obstacle avoidance for things like animal poop, phone cables kids toys… I only run mine while I’m home, so I do a quick walk about before I set her loose….personally am in love with my Eufy X10. It vacuums and mops (and not just a micro fibre cloth that smea

GET.THE.ROBOT.VACUUM.

I have a Eufy X10 Pro Omni. It self-empties about every 15 minutes while it's running. I only have to change the bag every 2-3 months or so, refill clean water and empty dirty water about once a week (it also mops), and do other maintenance occasionally as prompted by the app. It's way better than m

Flagship Product x10 Omni Pro: Flawed Design, and Shocking Support

I find it bizarre that some folks have bad CS from eufy. Sounds like you are dealing with eufy/Anker UK? I could have sworn the x10 Pro Omni has a two year warranty in Canada. Unfortunately I've had to engage them a few times, including two replacements. All went fine, and they sent me free accessor

NOT for clean freaks: How often do you mop? Honestly lol! How old are your kids?

We have the Eufy X10 Pro Omni. It’s a workhorse, but you do have to stay on top of the maintenance. My husband spent far too many hours researching these things and apparently this one comes highly recommended by the Reddit robot vacuum crowd lol.

Does anyone know a robot mop that cleans its own pad without using chemicals? I’m really hoping to avoid that extra hassle.

eufy X10 Pro Omni We have this one, it does a pretty good job. You can run it without the soap but the soap is super mild and helps getting sticky stuff off the floor. The only maintenance you really need to do is make sure the dirty water is emptied every once in a while and top up the clean water.
