Oral Rehydration Solutions
It’s a completely different population so it may not be very helpful depending on what your needs are, but in my sports nutrition rotation, we were trialing different ORS for the athletes at one point. We used DripDrop, LMNT, and Fluid Tactical ORS and the FT was the one I liked the best. It had a b

Dysautonomia-related Hypovolemia (low blood volume): signs I missed for years
This is good advice. Allow me to add on to it. I tried different electrolyte powders in water. What I found that works best for me is LMNT because it has the highest sodium content 1000mg per packet. So no liquid IV, drip drop or LMNT or off brand powders. I’m from th

Calling all sodium queens
So liquid iv is good its very sweet LMNT is good but its all salt flavored (insert flavor) I like the raspberry one it tastes like salty raspberry tea. Some people like ultima but I think they taste like sugar free drinks and they barely have any salt. Maybe good for a backup Drip drop is ok it just
