What is your favorite type of electrolyte drinks?
I used to swear by Liquid IV and drank 4 packets of it daily! Unfortunately, it has a high B6 and B12 content, and I actually became toxic with both of those levels, because my body doesn’t know how to pee excess out. 😅 I also really like the raspberry flavor of LMNT; this one is pricey, though.
