What is your favorite type of electrolyte drinks?
I used to swear by Liquid IV and drank 4 packets of it daily! Unfortunately, it has a high B6 and B12 content, and I actually became toxic with both of those levels, because my body doesn’t know how to pee excess out. 😅 I also really like the raspberry flavor of LMNT; this one is pricey, though. I just need to talk
I hope it's ok to do this, share a post someone else posted. It's from where the original critique of the LMNT lives. I just thought to share what they said--how to make your own electrolytes more cheaply. (LMNT and all of them are so expensive.) Hopefully helpful, and thanks to the original poster.
