What’s the Best Coffee Grinder to Buy Right Now?
With your budget and brewing both espresso + pour over, consistency and workflow matter more than chasing spec sheets. The 64mm flat burr grinders like the DF64 and Sculptor are very capable and get a lot of love because they’re modular and tweakable. Great clarity for filter, strong for espresso. T

Frustrations with DF64 gen 2
I've had the DF64 gen 2 for a few years (original burrs) and not had any issues with clogging whatsoever. I do spritz the beans before grinding which I feel also helps reduce static/retention, and pump the bellows lightly while grinding to prevent retention from building up. I also pump the bellows

What's the Best Espresso Machine for Home Use Widely Loved by Aficionados?
Okay, know that is probably entry level for espresso. Doesn't mean you can't get something good but it might not be a forever setup. Best advice is to make sure you're getting a good grinder as that's the more important of the two. There are a lot of options still, and as some of said it's probably

Decision - Profetic Go paired with what grinder?
I have df64 gen 2. I would step up to the 64mm if you can. Gives you a whole lot more room for burr upgrades in the future if you choose to do so. It’s a beast of a grinder.

Upgrade path from Bambino Plus + Smart Grinder Pro? [Budget $1000 - $2000]
i was in this exact spot last year. grinder first makes way more difference than machine at that budget. the df64 gen 2 or niche zero will give you way more clarity than upgrading the bambino yet. keep the machine for now and put money into burrs.

Best espresso grinder in the $[500–700] range for medium roast latte drinkers?
ngl i've been down this exact road with medium roast lattes. the niche zero is actually great for milk drinks since you don't need that ultra clarity - it gives you body and sweetness that cuts through milk really well. df64 gen 2 is solid too but you'll want the stock burrs not SSPs for your use ca

Best electric grinder for filter coffee? (clarity + light roasts)
I just went through the same process about a month ago. Really wanted a high end filter first grinder. I found that, especially with filter grinders, you hit the point of diminishing returns pretty quickly. The conclusion that I came to is that almost every 64mm flat burr grinder is functionally the

Is it worth it to upgrade?
I have been using the Meraki for the last six months. I bought it with my own money—no sponsorships, promotions, or freebies. I upgraded to it after using the Sage Barista Touch Impress for a year As a very practical user, I care much more about the quality of the coffee in my cup than the material

What's the Best Coffee Grinder currently that you'll recommend buying for Home Baristas?
Depends on your budget and if you want electric or hand grinder. At the lower end of electric grinders for espresso you’ll have to go a long way to beat the Baratza Encore ESP but if you can stretch to a DF54 I think it’s worth the extra money. The Encore ESP and Fellow Opus and the like have conica
