You don’t know what you want yet and that’s ok. Your use case might evolve with time so stop trying to nail the perfect monitor from the get go. A great budget 4K 27" 120Hz USB-C monitor and the one I have is the Dell S2725QC. The Dell UltraSharp U2725QE is a step above with IPS Black and more ports on the USB hub.
