Can the De'Longhi Stilosa actually make good coffee?

Can the De'Longhi Stilosa actually make consistently good coffee Ask Lance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArLUQWBguhM He claims it makes espresso as good as his $4000 Linea Micra. How skilled are you at dialing in? Do you know what adjustments to make to compensate for different tastes? The EAF gu

Breville bambino [$300] vs many other espresso machines in [$100-$150]

Do some research on the difference between pressurized and non-pressurized espresso extraction. Less expensive machines like the ones you mentioned brew pressurized. This allows them to work with pre-ground coffee. However, pressurized brewing puts a low ceiling on the quality of espresso produced.

put together a quick table comparing beginner espresso machines under $300[$300]

Some minor suggestions to improve your table: Stilosa's price did spike up to $150 when US tariffs first kicked in, but more recently stabilized around $100, making Stilosa a great value for the money. It's easily upgradable for non-pressurized brewing. You can also bundle in DeLonghi's ECP series m

Best espresso machines to buy in 2026? [$500]

You need a grinder for sure. You simply aren’t going to get what you’re looking for if you’re not grinding fresh. Anything that advertises being an “all-in-one” setup is going to come with hidden downsides that you might not be experienced enough to understand. Luckily grinders are a relatively simp

De’Longhi Stilosa vs HiBrew H10A — Which is Better for a Beginner?

De'Longhi Stilosa user here. If you have the budget, I suggest going for the H10A. There's just so much more features that come with that machine that could help you eke out more value over the long-term. For example, it has temperature control which the Stilosa doesn't have. That's nice feature to

[MOD] The Daily Question Thread

So you can't do latte art (as far as I know) with the pannarello wand that the entry level DeLonghi machines come with. They're too foamy. Most people take the pannarello wand off and use the rubber nozzle alone, but you have to use a zip tie to keep it from slipping off the wand. I don't remember i

Best option under [$100]

I would prefer Stilosa to Casabrews. DeLonghi is a much more mainstream brand, so on-line advice and aftermarket accessories will be easier to obtain. Once you get a grinder, you can modify either machine to brew non-pressurized which will take your espresso to the next level. Check out Lance Hedric
