Vpn companies are really just shell companies of larger companies, it would be a long time to get to the original server logs, and by that time logs are rotated already out or there are no logs because many companies use ram disks now and on reboot nothing is left behind. Most are owned by very dubious parties (like Kape Technologies in the case of at least half a dozen, like PIA, CyberGhost, ZenMate, ExpressVPN, Intego etc). Go with something like Mullvad or Proton.
