Yes there is a pretty big difference, but it's one you pay for. The silicon power ssd is a good, budget-oriented nvme disk. It's older-generation, using pcie 4.0, and doesn't use the highest quality components. It is a perfectly good ssd and will give you a good gaming experience at a value price. T

Just make sure it has dram cache - especially for OS disk. It's not that important for secondary disk. I just bought Crucial T500 because of that.

How about the Crucial T500 or Samsung 990 Pro? Both are TLC with DRAM cache. Might be overkill for your use case though, since your slot only runs PCIe 3.0.

The crucial E100 is a scam. For 11.4k u can get the crucial T500 (512 GB) which has DRAM and TLC NAND. E100 sucks at reliability, don’t get that.
