How big of a room can coway airmega 150 handle?
Please read the stickied thread about air purifiers and dust before you buy anything so that you have realistic expectations. You need to actually measure your spaces. 600 cubic feet is very small, so I’d confirm that is actually the volume of the room. That 1035 sqft number from Coway is only one a

Best air purifier money can buy?
See the AutoModerator comment. Air purifiers aren't good at reducing visible dust or pet hair as both are large and heavy compared to "invisible" pollutants like PM2.5. See the sticky post at the top of the subreddit and our other subreddit resources on dust: I need an air purifier for dust. What sh

Decent purchase? Or different one?
Coway is one of the best consumer-grade brands. Per the AHAM 2/3 rule, Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADRs) should be a minimum of 2/3 of a room's area (assumes an 8 ft. ceiling height). Even higher CADRs may be needed if you have allergies or pollution levels are high. The Coway Airmega 150 has a top S

Kitten has Asthma and now I need an air purifier for my baby. Help?
keep in mind that multiple smaller air purifiers are generally better than one super large one. i've heard round air purifiers aren't as good as "block-y" looking ones (the round ones have cylindrical filters that don't work as well). avoid ionizing/bipolar purifiers, as these produce ozone. i think

135+ days of “Severe” AQI in Mumbai. We’re inhaling poison. It's enough.
Coway airmega 150 and 250 as per your room size. Been using for a month now. Had to buy another, it's just that goood! Much recommended. I bought 2 airmega 150s, not 250.

Which one would you guys pick?
If you only bought one of these air purifiers, you'd have way too little cleaning power. Per the AHAM 2/3 rule in the AutoMod comment, an open 600 sq. ft. space (assuming an 8 ft. ceiling) needs at least 400 CFM CADRs. The Coway Airmega 150 has CADRs from 153-220 CFM. The Levoit Vital 200S-P has CAD

Good filter for capturing odors?
I have a Coway Airmega 150 in my kitchen, where the cat’s litter box is also located. I don’t notice any unpleasant odors from that area. One time, my cat pulled the Airmega 150 plug, and I was immediately overwhelmed by the strong smell of that particular spot in my home. Since then, I’ve made sure

Nanded AQI
Get a good air purifier. Coway airmega 150 is good for small size, or change the country. Nothing is gonna happen here looking at current situation.

Prime Day - Coway AirMega vs Winix 5500 vs Levoit Vital 200s
Per the AHAM 2/3 rule, you need a bare minimum of 367 CFM Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADRs). But CADRs should be even higher if you're close to roadway traffic. Only one of these purifiers would not be enough. In other words, you would need 3 Coway Airmega 150 units or 2 Levoit Vital 200S units or 2

Coway vs Cuckoo vs Winix? Which one to go for?
From your profile, it looks like you're in India. Given the very high Particulate Matter (PM) concentrations, you will likely need multiple powerful purifiers. For the 600 sq. ft. space, I would aim for particulate Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADRs) of 600 CFM. I assume the ceiling is 8 ft. high? Whil
