If you’re just going to be making lattes a knockoff brand machine like casabrews will work. It has a pressurized basket so you don’t really need a high quality grinder. You could even use store bought pre ground as long as it’s for espresso machines. You’re not going to be getting great espresso tho

You can get good espresso from cheap machines but not cheap grinders K6 hand grinder and whatever casabrews has on sale on Amazon for $120 will get you there under $250 all in. More money spent will go towards quality of life, but this is 70% of the quality of endgame
