What Machine Should I Buy As A Beginner? [$100]
Firstly welcome ! Secondly search this sub for many past similar posts. Espresso making equipment is expensive ! $100 is impossible if you are wanting to use what they call an unpressurised basket - which is superior in taste to a pressurised one - because you don’t have the budget for a grinder (a

How disappointed will I be in a cheap espresso machine? [$50]
Listen, I’m relatively new but I have the casabrews CM5418. I’m also a working college student so I couldn’t really justify anything super high priced. It’s about $130 on Amazon but I got it on sale for $100. I like it a lot, and I think it’s great for beginners! Definitely making good espresso, bet

brand new casabrew! a few questions
I have a 3700 myself. Casabrews are very underrated. I think in a few years time they'll be generally more trusted and the go-to entry level machines. Firstly, if you get a depressurised portafilter you do in fact need a grinder, likewise a grinder is pointless if you have a pressurised portafilter.

Is the Bambino/Plus really the only option? [$500]
A good grinder like the Baratza encore esp and any cheap casabrews machine will get you far better espresso for $400 than a Bambino and a cheap grinder

1st machine purchase [$1k budget]
NQA I have a Bambino, and a 54mm bottomless portafilter. It's cheap as far as espresso machines go. It's ready in 3 seconds. I already had a Breville Smart Grinder Pro for Perc and for Pour Overs. It is not the best grinder option since I have been reading and watching videos. I get decent grinds an

best affordable espresso machines? [£200-£500]
Coffee snobs can be veeeery picky. I’d keep in mind that you’d need to get an espresso capable grinder as well, which should be at least around half the budget. Casabrews or Stilosa and K6 is probably the cheapest combo I’d recommend. But it would depend on whether he’s open to hand grinding etc, if

Needing recommendations for an espresso machine! [$200-$300]
Honestly, stay away from Smeg, it’s mostly plastic and aesthetic markup. If you like that compact, single-spout vibe, check out the casabrews 3700 essential. It’s a tank for the price (often half your budget), super slim for small counters, and most importantly, it handles grocery store beans well b

When is it Worth Buying an Espresso Machine - Ever?
I'll go against the grain here... I have a casabrews 3700 basic machine I picked up for $90 and a crappy kidisle grinder I got on Amazon for $75. I upgraded to a non-pressurized basket and got a tamper and wdt tool so that was maybe another $75 collectively. I buy really good locally roasted beans f

Are low budget Espresso machine worth it for casual drinkers (non enthusiasts)? Would a Nespresso be better? [$300]
I mean you could do a casabrews and breville smart grinder for that much and do espresso. But I mean if you want no effort idk if espresso is the move, You don’t have to have a crazy complicated workflow either but you do need to be willing to put forth some level of effort to dial your shots in and

Best option under [$100]
I have the casabrews 3700, its a simple machine and the only control you have is how long the shot pulls for. It warms up quickly and takes 1-2 minutes from powering it on and running a warm up shot through it before you can make coffee. Its a bit loud and it vibrates a lot, I could do with a more s
