Not knowing what kit lenses the OP had with their M50, it's likely a recommendation may be one of them. Canon only ever made eight EF-M lenses. i buy from MPB USA... they stand behind their products. most of what i get works great. I bought an inexpensive compact camera... an old one. it was malfunctioning when it came in. they sent me paperwork to print out for free shipping.... sent a FedEx courier to pick it up and gave me a full refund.

EF-M system is a great system. Own 5 M series cameras (2 x M6 Mkii, M50 mkii, M2, M200) and most of the EF-M lenses made by Canon, Sigma, and others. R100 is a very stripped down camera. I wouldn't buy it. 400€ is ... problematical i would not recommend going to Ebay/marketplace/somedudeontheweb. Risky. Buy from a respected dealer of used gear. They will stand behind their products. you will be getting slightly older gear for that budget MPB EU,
