Welcome to the club, happens frequently to my Oracle Touch even after switching beans and thorough cleaning. Sent mine back a few times and their service is super but they just clean it and send it back, just for the same thing to occur. IMO a Breville known deficiency in the units.

The Breville Oracle touch has a cleaning cycle that is pretty foolproof. You put a tablet on this silicone cap that goes on the basket and then the cycle runs automatically. You can repeat the cycle without a tablet. In either case, it backflushes the system. Descaling is a whole separate process. T

Wow what? I’ve been considering getting the oracle touch, jet or dual boiler, for a while but this thread literally just ended any desire to get a Breville/Sage machine. Not servicing more than twice is insane.

That's not a high bar that you are shooting for. If it were me, I would: Check the brew water temperature to ensure it's within a couple of degrees of whatever it's set at. Have a 6 year old Oracle Touch that started to pop our GFCI outlet, likely due to leak. Replaced the orings and steam probes, which did not fix the issue. Seems to be a problem with the steam broiler. Loved the machine so much we replaced it with an Oracle Jet....little bit of a side grade IMO, but

They work amazingly well actually. You probably just bought a crap machine. Pressure and flow of your home water system aren't relevant for an espresso machine. The interior boiler fills up with water while its on to some degree, or you can fill it manually. Espresso machines have their own boilers

My Oracle Touch just finally encountered a problem I can't fix...(or more accurately, don't want to attempt)... So I'm back in the market. Part of me wants to avoid Breville. Was this thing everything I expected for a $3,000 machine? I was able to increase it's life by probably 2 years. Just not sur

Sorry to hear about your Oracle Touch. I’m hoping I don’t have issues with my new machine. My old analog Breville has worked without issues since I bought it 15 plus years ago!
