Do Breville Barista models go up in quality with an increase in price? [$1000]
"Do models go up in quality with an increase in price?" No. They don't go up in quality with price. ""Is the Express internals quality the same as the pro or touch?" I'd say the Express Internals are better than the Pro or Touch as far as pulling shots. The Express uses a thermocoil system which is

Breville vs Ninja [Budget between $500-$700]
The express is a semi auto which means diving into making espresso and learning to pull shots. The luxe is closer to automatic. With your budget and just starting out, you sort of have to figure out your end goal. The Ninja can be more hands off and create a greater range of drinks with less experim

Would you buy a Gaggia Classic EVO?
What type of roasts do you go for though? I'm worried that a Breville Bambino Plus will only be dark roast territory

Freshly roasted beans just hit different.
I have the bambino plus so the grinder is separate and I have tried a really fine pre ground aswell which choked it but this finest setting is still having the shit run through too fast 😭😭😭 The grinder is also breville

Considering simplifying / going manual
I was a newbie using a Breville Bambino plus, pretty quickly learned to pull decent or good shots consistently, then got quickly bored and frustrated with the lack of control, so I got a robot, thinking I might use both. Now selling my BB+ because I haven't touched it since getting the robot. The wo

Just can’t get the acidic/sour taste away from my espresso.
That's the main reason why I returned the breville bambino plus - inability to control the temperature and flow. I know it's a good starter espresso machine. I returned it after a week. Looking to buy a better machine now

Decision - Profetic Go would you Buy / Buy Again as 1st prosumer?
I had a Bambino Plus before the Go. It was my first machine that I used for 2 years... And I would regularly clean it. The pump started becoming gradually weaker as time progressed so I got rid of it. It's a starter machine so perhaps not directly translatable of an anecdotal experience to higher en

Anyone else having issues with channeling on series 1? (User issue)
That’s awesome! I will definitely take you up on that because this fellow machine has a lot of settings and I am coming from a very basic breville bambino plus.

A worthy upgrade - Bambino Plus to Decent DE1XL
I understand that expendable income varies from person to person, and I can absolutely understand upgrading from the Breville (which I have) to a more premium machine. But I do not understand the leap from a Bambino Plus directly to a $4k machine lol. That feels like trading in a Civic for a 911 GT3
