To allergy sufferers (dust mites), what is the best air purifier you've ever tried for dealing with this?
I deal with dust mite allergies and for me the biggest difference came from running a strong HEPA unit in the bedroom nonstop, not just during the day. I’ve used the Blueair 211+ and a Coway model, and both noticeably reduced that morning sneezing and stuffy feeling.

Has anyone found relief from allergen immunotherapy
My allergies are the predominant driver of my meniere's but I've never done immunotherapy. The keys to address my (mostly pollen and dust allergies) have been: being prescribed montelukast (Cingulair) which apparently attacks the roughly 50% of allergy pathways that antihistamines do not (it attacks

Thoughts on the BLUEAIR 2-in-1 Purify + Humidify?
Ya so to preface I hav 3 cats and an American Eskimo and I’m very much allergic to cats and dogs XD. I used to have levoit purifiers but per my own experience, they sucked. I’m currently am in about 500sqft and I have 2 blue air 211+, this 2 in 1, a coway air mega S and a blue air 511 by my stove. W

Please just tell me easy as you can
This affects your health, can you ask people to at least store things in sealed tubs or inside boxes of something that can be dusted by the cleaner to reduce the dust for health reasons? And if there is carpet, removing is best, but if not if you can get the cleaner to use a carpet cleaner (the wet

Good TRUE HEPA Air purifiers within 400$
For a 20 m² bedroom you have a ton of solid options. Look at Coway (Mighty / AP-1512HH), Winix (C535 / 5500-2), or Blueair (211+ or 3210 for smaller rooms). Just make sure it says True HEPA or HEPA H13, no ionizer only marketing crap, and check the CADR rating covers at least your room size. If ozon

STICKY: Ionizers and Ozone - fact/fiction/history
There is more to Blueair 211 filter that is a fail in my experience. There are 2 layers to the white fabric material. The pleated material is rigid and has a second layer of material adhered to it. This is very fine and looks HEPA grade as I cannot see pinholes. Blueair is named in a Hepa filter law

Bedroom Air Purifier with Wifi under $250
If you're looking at the Winix C610, you could also look at the T810 which has higher CADR and right now is going for cheaper ($185 on Amazon). Very similar looking models. Technically it would be "overpowered" but that just means it'll perform better at lower air speeds, which means you could opera

Replace Blueair with another Brand?
BlueAir is actually an exception to my usual “avoid round filters” rule. They deliver higher CADR than any other brand. Their filters are, of course, pricey. No question. So are all manufacturers’ OEM filters. You won’t save a ton switching to another brand, although over the long term the Coway 151

I deal with dust mite allergies and I’ve tried a couple from that list. The one that made the most noticeable difference for me was the Blueair 211+.

I also tried the Blueair Blue Pure 211+ before that. It definitely helped with general dust in the room, but I still had some flare ups during peak allergy weeks. It felt solid, just not as aggressive as I personally needed.
