Rechargeable 1.5V AA batteries? do they exist?

I recently bought 1.5v EBLs from Amazon to power my Blink cameras, which also don't like regular rechargeables. The pack of 8 had one dead battery in it, so they sent me a replacement pack of 8 which also had one dead one in it. It seems quality control isn't the best with the EBLs.
