Mini 2 "Weatherproof" power adapter... what is the situation compared to regular usb?

Camera looks awesome sometimes other times not so much.
Blink Mini 2K. I have found the cameras look incredible when there is snow on the ground. It makes it look like daylight, truly incredible. When the snow is gone it’s back to normal night vision.
