Pocket Cinema Camera 4K

6K has a larger sensor (Super 35) versus the MFT sensor on the 4K, so the noise level is better, especially in the shadows. Depends on your needs, but Blackmagic Pyxis is a solid option as well. GH5 and GH6 are not full frame, so not sure why you mentioned them if you titled it Full Frame.
