It's decent. Only thing I'd change on the parts you aren't reusing is the Nvme. Look for a TLC drive for better performance and longevity. Cheaper with increased performance. A cpu that supports pcie 4 instead of pcie 3. 32gb of ram instead of 16gb. Pretty fast nvme. Cheaper and better psu. Better motherboard.
