Currently TSMC 4nm fabrication is the most efficient and cost effective in the x86/x64 CISC sector. There are a number of AMD Ryzen architectures on this fabrication node. As a personal example I'm running a GMKtec K8 Plus to meet some of these requirements. Its a Hawk Point Zen 4 architecture 8845H
