The new Beelink ME Pro supports 2× HDD, and 3× SSD. Use a smaller SSD to hold TrueNAS, that leaves you with an SSD RAID1 for high speed "Warm" storage and a HDD RAID1 for "Cool" storage. But: the Ethernet maxes out at 5 Gigabit. That may be a deal breaker for you.

I use the Beelink ME Pro for this... But I doubt that fits into your power budget. I have that set up with mirrored 20tb drives and a couple of ssd m.2s for easy injection. The nvme goes to the OS.

Yes, I agree about power but expandability? it has 2 sata and 1 pcie port which you could use for either 1 nvme or 1 gpu but not both. A regular nas like ugreen 2 ba has already same sata and 2 nvme, same with beelink me pro. So expandability in theory becasue you has to choose fast storage or gpu
