Best device for selfhosted Nextcloud
I use the Beelink ME Pro for this... But I doubt that fits into your power budget. I have that set up with mirrored 20tb drives and a couple of ssd m.2s for easy injection. The nvme goes to the OS.

Need Advice on a Quiet, Power-Efficient 24/7 Home Server Build
How many HDDs do you have? Because I have a Beelink ME Pro with 2 HDDs in it and it's amazingly quiet. It lives in my bedroom and I never hear the drives. And it uses a NUC N150 so it has a 25W TDP.
