Need Advice
I've read a lot of bad things too. Acemagic and its sister brands aren't known for customer service are quality. Read a lot of complaints on both Reddit and FB. Also not especially fond of the older technology cheaper Zen 2 5700U. Zen 3 is a better budget option. Spending a little more on the 5825U

That's a GREAT question! From customer experience, damn near all Beelink Amazon affiliates suck, although some are worse than others. Here's my perspective, as-well-as the ones in our staff.
