At that price point, the sette 270 gives you amazing grind quality and speed. The downside is that it sounds like you're drilling into the countertop and the gearbox rips itself apart. I have the same problem. Would you mind in share where and what shim have you bought? I tried baratza support but they replied with such stupid questions that I am literally done with stupidness existing in this world, companies, people, etc. just ignore all them and move to another. I was thinking
