Which headphones should I buy?
I've had a good experience with Audio Technica ATH-M40x from 10 years ago. They have a fairly flat response and full range. I'm not sure if anything has changed in current models. They are around $100.

Studio Headphones Under $200 for YouTube Creator?
Audio Technica ATH-M40x I prefer the 40’s over the 50’s because the M40’s have a flatter frequency response,…..or rather the M50’s have an EQ’d frequency reponse that boosts the highs and lows (too much IMO) Plus, I find the M40’s comfortable

Get the Audio Technica ATH-M40x’s and call it a day. Studio monitors are great, but you also need an audio interface to get them connected to your PC, and then you’ll likely want a subwoofer. Or, you can use flat frequency response headphones (Audio Technica ATH M40x is a great cheap option) and put a studio speaker simulator on the master channel. Just be sure to bypass it before exporting.
