It looks like a grey banding. I had the same issue with my ASUS XG27AQDMGR monitor. Since your LG OLED was purchased from an outlet, I would check how long it has been powered on for previously, as it could be suffering from burn-in.

Don't get the XG27AQDMG, that's the first gen of that model and has horrible text rendering. Instead get the ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMGR which is the 2nd gen and fixes everything that was wrong with the first one. I have this problem but its the opposite. when i enable the hdr on windows and launch a game (lets say Stalker 2 or cyberpunk) the black get crushed to oblivion. My monitor is an oled asus XG27AQDMG. The image is way better on sdr than on hdr. I tried with different setting but it looks horrible.
