I think the first response should - what are your laptop specs? I play PoE nicely with average juiced content and can even join a 6p party which is focused on a high unique farm strategy. Answer is the laptop. It isn't borked or faulty, just HD2 on laptop specs suffers from issues. My Legion and ASUS TUF A17 had this problem. 12800HX, 3070ti 150w and 6800H 3070 140w.
