LFC is broken on this driver and the 7 that have come before it. LFC engages too early (on a monitor with VRR range 48-240Hz, it will engage when a game is running at a stable 60fps, causing the monitor refresh rate to double to 120Hz, and leading to more perceived stutter). On drivers 581.80, and h

4K looks fantastic, but the image is juddering really bad for me when walking left and right (everything around me looks like it's shaking horizontally). It's really distracting. I have a ROG 4K OLED (PG27UCDM). Issue does not occur with any other games. I tried the 3.0 update before the Switch 2 Ed

If he thinks the PG27UCDM has unbearably blurry text he's gonna lose his shit looking at the C5.

For the most part, OLEDs knock IPS out of the water. Better motion and overall picture quality. The only reason you'd go for IPS is if you want a brighter screen or you're worried about the risk of burn-in with OLEDs. That said, the ASUS PG27UCDM if you want an OLED or the Acer XV275K if you want an

I went from a 165hz 1440p ips acer predator to a pg27ucdm and it was night and day. Literally had the whole family just staring in awe.

Had a 27“ 1440p QD-OLED, text fringing was really bad. Got the PG27UCDM (27“ 4K QD-OLED) and the problem is solved. 1440p is too low of a resolution to have good and readable text without fringing. But mainly it’s a problem with the subpixel layout, no workaround here besides higher resolution or WO

Buy the 4k monitor. I’ve got a 5080 also and paired it with a PG27UCDM from Asus. The thing looks beautiful and the 5080 is plenty of power. Also, DLSS looks MUCH better when running at higher resolutions. I think it produces and beautiful image and it’s much better than native with TAA.

I just sold my PG27UCDM after trying out the PG32UCDM3. It’s the best overall OLED monitor money can buy right now IMO.
