This is going to make the current prices explode even more. I'm currently realizing that the Rog Flow Z13 395+ with 64GB of ram that I got for $1400 is going to be the going price of JUST the ram.

If you have to carry all that stuff, just get a good gaming laptop. Otherwise, if you want even more portability, then get the Asus Rog Flow Z13. It's pretty expensive, but it will play every game at laptop 4070 level.

They did this only to facilitate AI development right? Basically selling the Strix Halo or Max 385 and Max+ 395 as direct to consumer as they can.
