You have a lot of premium options in that range such as the ASUS ROG Swift PG32UCDM. I recommend that you go through this comprehensive datasheet of monitors Not sure who compiled it, but you can see several options in your price range and compare the specs.

Gen 4 QD-OLED panel which is great news. https://tftcentral.co.uk/news/asus-unveil-the-rog-swift-pg32ucdm3-with-a-4th-gen-qd-oled-panel-and-new-blackshield-film

I own both a Mini-LED (Samsung Odyssey Neo G8) and an OLED (ASUS PG32UCDM), and I’d personally take the OLED and accept the risk. The HDR contrast, pixel-level blacks, and overall image depth are just on another level compared to Mini-LED. If you’re running low brightness most of the time, that abso

I have a 4090, 9950x3d playing using a Asus pg32ucdm oled. Cinematic settings on re9 was the most rewarding eye candy I’ve ever laid eyes on.

Wait for the PG32UCDM3 just announced. Substantially brighter and with a Gen 4 QD-OLED that will enhance durability by 2X. https://tftcentral.co.uk/news/asus-unveil-the-rog-swift-pg32ucdm3-with-a-4th-gen-qd-oled-panel-and-new-blackshield-film

ok, a lot of the bigger good ultrawides are going to have curved displays, that is something you'll need to consider if you can deal with. I have this one personally, https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/alienware-38-curved-gaming-monitor-aw3821dw/apd/210-axvg/monitors-monitor-accessories below is probab

I got the cheapest 4k 27 inch OLED, the gigabyte m027u2 for 670 USD and have been loving it so far. My other monitor is an Asus PG32UCDM and using the windows auto color management feature, both look exactly the same in terms of color calibration. I wouldn't hesitate to get this monitor and save aro

It’s very good but the 3rd Generation has some notable improvements if you have the budget. https://www.newegg.com/asus-pg32ucdm3-31-5-qd-oled-240-hz-rog-swift-qd-oled-black/p/N82E16824281393

that's a solid budget for an OLED upgrade. for mixed use i'd lean towards a 27" 1440p 240hz+ model. the LG 27GR95QE is a great WOLED option with great colors and response times. if you want 4k and can stretch to 32", the ASUS PG32UCDM is a fantastic QD-OLED but might be over $1k. for strictly 1440p
