BIOS Update Process - This is my First and LAST Bee-Link PC

Asus nuc 15 pros were hard to update bios and drivers for as well. In part due to the naming convention of making the part names a seemingly random sequence of letters/numbers with 1 digit differentiation rather than calling them nuc 15 pro or nuc 14. 2nd it wasn't searchable despite having the whol

How is the fan noise of ASUS NUC 15 Pro and Pro+?

I received my Pro+ (285H) two days ago. I planned to use it in my homelab as media server, but also considering it for my mother to replace her old laptop. I find the fan noise annoying at all power levels (whisper, standard or performance). The fan speed curve is way too much aggressive, with a lot

Seeking: MiniPC/SBC with PCIE 5 +2 nvme current gen cpu

True enough. But access to 4x4 lane 4.0 PCIe without forgoing wifi isn't too shabby in the package. Maybe some hope for a later bios update to turn 1-2 of those into 5.0 as has happened with some devices? Doesnt have the shortcoming of one of the nvme slots being a 2242 either. So a decided argument

Meerkat 10 - Windows 11 Pro Driver for TPM

Are you still using Win11 on your Meer10? The TPM module (TPM platform module 2.0) installed for me with a driver pack from Asus or Intel, not sure which brought it in. I installed the Intel driver and support assistant installer which auto detected my components, and the .bat that came with the dri

What are your expectations for support? Some thoughts on many PCS I've owned from Dell, Asus, Bosgame, Chuwi.

Indeed. With the release of the AM5 Phoenix 8600G/8700G last year, the shop has built a number of SFF desktops for customers, often for less than the OEM, with no intention of a future GPU. The world of RDNA integrated graphics is a phenomena which didn't exist 4 years ago, breaking a number of rule

ASUS NUC 15 Pro+: Yup, it's noisy.

Hi. Since those nerve wrecking fans with that terrible whistlling sound is not bearable since generations, I always transferred my NUC girls in a passively cooled chassis by Akasa. This great solution fits for me. I am very disappointed, that Intel/ASUS is not able, integrating some vapor chamber, g

Asus NUC 14 Pro+ BIOS 0046 POST issues

Hi to all, I have the exact same issue described on the original post here with an ASUS NUC 15 Pro (NUC15CRHU5). Installed on the kit a Kingston 1TB NVME 2242 Gen4 and two modules of 32Mb DDR5-6400 RAMs also from Kingston. Everything worked well initially. Then I decided to update the bios (F7 metho
