Man narrowly avoids being cut in half.

Idk man my ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro Tri-Band WiFi 6 router is pretty big and has a lot of antennas that could totally poke you AND all your loved ones in the eye...at the same time.

Asus gt axe16000 vs gt ax 11000 pro

Neither. With concrete walls you need more access points, having high bandwidth doesn't matter when it only reaches 1-2 rooms. For the price of the GT-AX11000 you can get 3 Ubiquiti U7 Lite. https://store.ui.com/us/en/category/all-wifi/products/u7-lite

Router for NBN 1000/100 Mbps connection?

Would recommend the ASUS GT-AX11000 or AX6000. They have 2.5 G WAN/LAN, great wireless coverage, strong hardware and they handle traffic well and has enough power for Plex/network services! Good luck!

Router for two-story apartment - Please help :)

Wifi smart devices notoriously have poor antennas, typically because things like switches and plugs don't have the room for an external one. This means they require really strong signal from the router or access point. My home is 2000 sq ft one one level with only sheetrock walls, and I still need 3

Very big lag with remote play with fast internet

Perfect! I'm happy you are aware of band switching. It can be difficult to explain, and every router brand calls it something different lol. Since you are on a 5GHz channel explicitly, I'm not sure what to suggest to increase its range other than a router with a more powerful antenna, or some form o

Wifi 6 or Wifi 7 router for $200

I ended up getting a refurb GT AX11000 pro. Range is great and speed is fantastic

Best wifi extender with ASUS GT Ax11000 Pro?

If your FTTP NTD is stuck in the garage, don’t expect one giant router to cover the whole property. Even a high-end unit like the ASUS GT-AX11000 Pro will choke once you add 20+ meters, two walls, a wardrobe, and three doors. Wi-Fi 6 is good, but it can’t bend physics. What actually works: Stay ASUS

Not satisfied with the range of new EAP610 v3 - What to do?

I had an Asus GT-AX11000 that had great range. After a lightning strike killed it, I got the Asus RT-AX86U which also did well with wifi, but not as well as the GT-AX11000, so I added an EAP610 over PoE to improve signal throughout the house. Ultimately, I found that I needed 3 staggered APs to get

Need a new router

3 floors is the key issue here. No single router is gonna give you solid coverage on all three levels no matter how expensive it is. If you're cheap (respect), grab a refurb Asus WiFi 6 router for the main floor and add a cheap access point later if coverage sucks upstairs/downstairs. The AX11000 is

Best way to get better wifi signal upstairs

OP I had this exact issue minus having fiber internet (which I’m a bit jealous of you btw). I already owned an ASUS router model RT-AX86S that more than met my needs at a previous address. As another user already pointed out you can use a mesh system which ASUS routers support. I dug deep into this
