(Solution) WLAN does not connect to Switch 2
I tried your suggestions in the edit on my Asus GT-AX11000 and still can’t get it to connect. Meanwhile the speeds for my Switch 2 on the 2.4Ghz network are atrocious. Everything else in my house is working great including devices on the 2.4 network. This is so frustrating and has to be an issue wit

Does anyone know about this router?? I just got it for Christmas
Jumping on this bandwagon. Had a ASUS GT-AX11000 for ages. Was a great router. Biggest weakness is its software. The web interface is hot garbage. Once it’s up and running though, never had an issue. If you were going to return it to buy anything, I’d recommend a Ubiquiti Dream Router 7. But Ubiquit

Very big lag with remote play with fast internet
Perfect! I'm happy you are aware of band switching. It can be difficult to explain, and every router brand calls it something different lol. Since you are on a 5GHz channel explicitly, I'm not sure what to suggest to increase its range other than a router with a more powerful antenna, or some form o

Share Your Setup – Be Featured on the Emby Blog
I change countries every couple of years so, I have to have a setup that I can take with me and work whilst I wait for my shipping to turn up. My Emby server, work from home and games machine travels with me on flights - remember, this all goes into 2 suitcases (1 for clothes & disks), 1 for the TV)

New Router Advice
How long did the GT-AX6000 last? Any idea why it "died"? If you like ASUS routers then the GT-AX11000 Pro looks like a good replacement if you are OK with WiFi 6. This review is especially flattering: https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/asus-rog-rapture-gt-ax11000-pro# How fast is your internet speed? If

iPhone 17 pro max WiFi issues.
Same issue on an asus gt-ax11000 with 17 pro max. About the time I notice things getting slow and failing to load it very quickly degrades further to not working at all. Full WiFi bars, everything shows connected. Other WiFi devices are fine. Old iPhone 14 Pro works fine on iOS 26. I think I had thi

PRIME Day Decisions
If that's a major factor for you (stability) GT-AX11000 could be better. However it's an older product, released in 2018. That makes it about 7 years old. I'd be concerned about how much longer ASUS would provide firmware updates and tech support for it. https://www.trustedreviews.com/news/asus-rog-

Not satisfied with the range of new EAP610 v3 - What to do?
I had an Asus GT-AX11000 that had great range. After a lightning strike killed it, I got the Asus RT-AX86U which also did well with wifi, but not as well as the GT-AX11000, so I added an EAP610 over PoE to improve signal throughout the house. Ultimately, I found that I needed 3 staggered APs to get

T-mobile 5G backup internet setup question
Did you ever get your issues ironed out? I spent 6 hours yesterday trying to get the automatic connection to actually work without success. Both Gemini and ChatGPT were of no help. Any chance you could give me a nudge in the right direction? Asking on this sub because how the backup plan works is th
