GT-AX11000

Idk man my ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro Tri-Band WiFi 6 router is pretty big and has a lot of antennas that could totally poke you AND all your loved ones in the eye...at the same time.

Nah, I had the GT AX11000 and while it’s good, it’s not good enough for the features. I even upgraded to the BE98 Pro, and it was so ass. ASUS needs to do much better considering how much they charge people, major disappointment.

Would recommend the ASUS GT-AX11000 or AX6000. They have 2.5 G WAN/LAN, great wireless coverage, strong hardware and they handle traffic well and has enough power for Plex/network services! Good luck!

Jumping on this bandwagon. Had a ASUS GT-AX11000 for ages. Was a great router. Biggest weakness is its software. The web interface is hot garbage. Once it’s up and running though, never had an issue. If you were going to return it to buy anything, I’d recommend a Ubiquiti Dream Router 7. But Ubiquit

If your FTTP NTD is stuck in the garage, don’t expect one giant router to cover the whole property. Even a high-end unit like the ASUS GT-AX11000 Pro will choke once you add 20+ meters, two walls, a wardrobe, and three doors. Wi-Fi 6 is good, but it can’t bend physics. I recently upgraded from a GT-AX11000 as my main and two AX92Us as my mesh points and I am loving the Ubiquiti setup. I went all in and got UDR7, 2 Flex 8 PoEs, 2 U7 Pros, and a flex 2.5 5 port. On both systems I had around 60ish clients but with ASUS it would occasionally lockup at least once a day
