What would I upgrade to? [$500-800]

Biggest item in my opinion if you like having people over is a dual boiler. Unfortunately that’s something that typically comes above your price range. If you’re willing to get into the DIY I would say a gaggia with the PID upgrade. The only issue I have with the base gaggia is steam power and shot

Downgrading to Bambino Plus [£200]

I downgraded from an ascaso duo to a gaggia which I converted to gaggimate. It’s been very fun

Keep the Steel Duo on all day?

Should they upgrade to the Steel duo? I'm on Bambino Plus and am wanting to upgrade to an Ascaso myself. Is the espresso better? I typically drink Americanos and macchiatos/cortados. The wife drinks Cappuccinos. We have a fancy milk foamer so don't need the wand to make foam or cook eggs.

Looking to upgrade from my Sage BBE soon. With the Lelit Mara v3 released is there a better machine I should be looking at within the same budget? Seems to do everything really well for £1500. Budget [£1500]

Profitec Pro 300 or Ascaso Steel Duo PID Plus (i think a bit more expensive)
