This is the one advice, OP, that you should take to heart. Start with a good grinder, grind your beans fresh. Tapos kahit entry level espresso machine, like say a Delonghi Dedica, Ascaso Dream, or a Bambino Plus, okay na yun. Makakapag produce na yun ng good enough espresso kung maganda na yung grin

Mam ascaso dream pid, chtěl jsem 58 hlavu. Mlýnek mam nejaky základní classico, ale to jsem prohloupil, na mlýnku to stojí cely. Should I try to repair it by myself or rather directly to professionals ?
can’t make a decision for your but i’ve had really good luck working on my Ascaso Dream from 2015. parts availability is great, and the machines are fairly easy to work on for novices. it’s unlikely you’ll make anything worse by popping it open and at least having a look.

What the hell just happened? [Lelit Victoria + Eureka AP 65]
Yes happened to me too. Very annoying my portafilter got stuck as well. Happened a lot on my ascaso dream. Using a puck screen or lower dosage seem to solve it.
