Im using the out-of-the-box Steam Remote Play, but i had to turn off "hardware encoding" for it to be reliable. Cant remember why that was a thing. Wired PC Wi-Fi connected Steam Deck Monitor is ARZOPA 16.1'' 144Hz Portable Gaming Monitor - this was highly recommended on this sub - just search it if

I got a couple no-name portable monitors made by ARZOPA and they're "decent."Both 1080p, I've had a 60hz one for several years now and it hasn't crapped out on me, picked up a 120hz model a couple months ago. The 120hz one has a kickstand that lets you set it up vertically as well.

You need to look at the specs of the monitors. They're trying to bullshit you with the "2.5k" label. If all of these are in your budget, I'd go for the 120hz or 180hz monitor. All of them are freesync. The uperfect 2k has a 1ms response time -- I don't know if I believe that given some of their labe

Get yourself a 1080p 120 hz monitor call it a day. Arzopa is great I have a 144 hz portable monitor from then that plays nicely with the deck got for around 130 I believe. Don't bother going above 1080p though unless you'll be using it with another more powerful device.

Normally, when you Downsample higher resolutions for displays with lower resolutions, like 4k to 1080p, it retains 4 times the pixel count, creating more crisp and vivid images. Requiring higher bitrates. Not saying that would happen with xCloud as it doesn't run the Series X profiles yet. If you wa

I have an 1080p Arzopa 120hz monitor that my Astra connects to with absolutely no problem. It works with just a USBC data cable for power and signal. It isn't the greatest picture quality and it lacks VRR. I think I paid $70 for it. I'm going to eventually upgrade to larger portable OLED monitor. Bu
