I know it’s a Thunderbolt 5 port in the Studio Display XDR, but your MacBook only has a Thunderbolt 4. Oh man. My journey with Apple monitors was a mess. I splurged for Pro Display XDR back in days and got 6 replacements and the panel was horrible. I was picky ngl, but having just a mid grey colour you can see the uniformity issues all around. Apple refunded it eventually and I waited for an update.
