What’s your budget? I run the Apple Studio Display XDR and it’s quite frankly the best monitor money can buy for a Mac.

I would not recommend those ASUS monitors for this application. Multi-monitor support over Thunderbolt docks can be particular. My choices are between this and the new Studio Display XDR. And issues like this worry me with the Kuycon as I will have to send it back to China for any faults. Plus I can't get an extended warranty either unlike apple. I hope to go and check out the new Apple display soon though to help me decide.
