maybe cos the air has higher res screen, 2x usb4 ports and a separate magsafe charging port (versus neos 1x 3.1 1x 2.0 ports, with one of the two being used when charging), finishing off the M2 theres a higher capacity battery thats capable of charging faster, a haptic touchpad and keyboard backligh
