First time going into Mini PC, need some advices.

Ser8 8745HS or SER9 Pro H 255 as replacement from Beelink?

Hi, i´m new to this type of pc i´m looking at three models and i'd like some feedback on them
How much is the budget? I had the peladn w04 and loved it for 3 months till it got so hot it fried the chip.
