Did it start to fail at the back and split moving forward like this? https://www.reddit.com/r/resinprinting/comments/1n8gh14/help_with_st_flex_black_70a_parts_of_print_stop/ If so it is partially because the resin stretches and the tilt stroke of the S4U is shorter at the back than the front. Fixes are roug

Need help choosing between the two. Want to print big stuff, but also minis and not lose a lot of detail. Which would you recommend? Sonic Mega 8ks? Or Photon mono m7 Max?
If you're going Anycubic the P1 Max is coming out soon with good initial reviews(Fauxhammer). Also, the Jupiter 2 is apparently still coming out from Elegoo(COPIUM). Still, you can check out the P1 Max reviews which all look good. Im considering getting one if the Jupiter 2 still isnt out yet.

Testing the Anycubic Kobra X for 2 weeks (PLA, PETG, TPU, ASA) – first impressions
The Kobra X doesn't move around. It feels fairly substantial to me, and you'd really have to push speeds that frankly bedslingers aren't capable of to get it to wobble like that. I've had mine for maybe about 2 weeks now and I love it. No bed issues, no Clogging, amazing! Top finish and overall the

Which one do you think I should aim for ?
Kobras are cheaper and very comparable. I use both. While I prefer Bambu over anycubic slightly, the price can’t be beat with it. Slicers are pretty much identical. They are upgrading the ace units, which was by far the weakest point in them. For Bambu? I rub P1 series, P2, and have 2 H2Cs. If money

Ace 2 Pro upgrade is open
Nope. That they can't be used together was something just more recently that has started showing up in their materials. During the AMA, they had said "Not yet-still in internal planning." Evidently the decision was made to not make them play nicely with each other, which is a little messed up, in my

Anycubic Photon Workshop v4.0.0 is released
Using this with the M7 pro the "camera" thing is "coming soon" (probably just for the P1 - though I added my own camera, I doubt there is a plugin to add the IP address for it). Likewise the "smart monitoring" (shows the peel force etc) is totally empty - so the M7/M7 pro is not sending that data to

Second printer
What are your specific maintenance issues? Across 5 different printers, my Saturn 4 Ultras 12k and 16k are easily 95% of my printing because every other machine is more work. Particularly the ergonomics and low drip / mess is a big win over other machines which almost always need a wipe down after r

Anyone using a Form 4 for production?
Yeah, idk Anycubic is kind of a shit company in many ways but the hardware is decent if you can deal with the frustrating firmware and non-existant support. The P1 has a good build plate and levers instead of screws which is a step up. I wouldn't say it's messier than Form - though the Form wash has

Printers for the lazy beginner
You're the kind of person I'd recommend the Kobra S1 for: someone with a fair amount of experience with printers, who can fix problems without a ton of hand-holding and can deal with less-than-stellar software and quirks. It can output great prints, with some effort, as long as you don't get a lemon
