Unlikely. For laptops, mini PCs and Consoles, AMD is focusing on their APU's. Besides, have you seen the reviews of the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 with the Raden 8060S? It's quite capable.

You've got to be joking, the Steam machine is practically just valve dumpster diving for parts AMD has been rotting on shelves the 7600M and whatever laptop GPUs is in the steam machine is very weak. Can't compete with the Strix halo at all.

Basically some of these more recent high-end chips like AMD's Strix Halo put a powerful CPU and powerful integrated GPU onto one package, and they offer them in configurations where they can share 128gb of RAM. They're great across the board, and apparently especially so at AI stuff.

One thing to be aware of is strix halo has no support for FSR4 and AMD has no current plans to support it. Both are terrific little machines for different reasons and can be made to work in a livingroom.
