Fire Max 11

Cheap and cheerful you can look at fire 10" tablet, then sideload gplay onto it and install a different reader like fbreader/moonreader to read books, specifically for comics could have cdisplayex. I had one for years before upgrading to the fire max (11")

I'm very disappointed and annoyed they did this!

I was happy and excited when I read the news about the tablet, then they slapped me with this awful move.

I have the play store loaded on my fire max 11, and have had zero issues with Play Store apps - until 10/17/2024.

On that date, an update was pushed to my Fire, (Fire OS 8.3.2.7) and the gmail app no longer retrieves emails. Just spins waiting for updates.

Old emails show, and I get no errors.

So I just got a kindle fire max 11, and I tried to use it to zoom with Bluetooth headphones. For whatever reason zoom only plays through the device speaker even when the Bluetooth headphones are connected. I have enabled all possible application permissions, and it shows the Bluetooth icon in zoom.

A week or so ago my fire max 11 started experiencing battery draining on standby. Where previously it would be days on standby it’s now draining over night.
