I have three Fire Max 11 tablets. Super easy to setup, debloated with Fire Toolbox and they all run the Fully Kiosk App. • by frontdoor - rarely touched, mostly triggers home/away scenes• in livingroom - the most used tablet, heavy Music Assistant use.• in master bedroom - mostly for viewing cameras

Wow. And here I thought an iPhone was some kind of upgrade. Not at all.
After 10 yrs of Android a family member got tired of me not having blue texts or some such thing and sent me an iPhone plus for my birthday.
We've had a bunch of iPads, along with maybe a dozen Android and Kindle/Fire tablets

I wonder if they're coming out with a new one. I like my Fire Max 11. I did hear rumors that they are coming out with a tablet that doesn't use Fire OS.

I only use my tablet for reading books on the Kindle app and watching shows/movies downloaded through plex. What tablet has the best screen/most storage capacity? Currently using a Kindle Fire Max 11 I bought new when it came out a year or two ago, but the Kindle app being somewhat laggy and the Kin

Last time 8.3.3.3. auto updated my fire max 11. I tried shutting the auto update feature off from firetoolbox, but I guess Amazon bypassed it. Since that update my tablet was completely wiped, videos were gone all my progress in web searches were lost and apps/games were completely gone and had to b

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that you can use "intent" to switch applications on Android tablets. This is coming in handy for me in Fusion running on FKB/HA, but could help out in a lovelace card as well if you use a weblink.

I just got an Amazon fire tablet for reading! I would’ve waited to get the kindle paperwhite but the fire max 11 tablet with 128 gb of storage was on sale(I assume as an early prime day deal) for $160, down from $280. The kindle paperwhite was still $189. So it was really hard to pass that deal up!

For a tablet "only to watch movies on"? Latest Amazon Fire Max 11 often under 100 on Ebay (use FireToolbox if Amazon Android doesn't do all you want).

It will work but I think you might be happier with the 10.1" due to larger screen resolution. I personally use the Max 11 with Fully Kiosk and I love it. Also you should use the Fire Toolbox to unlock the tablet further and or disable bloat. Fire HD 8 - 1280 × 800 Fire HD 10.1 - 1920 × 1200 Fire Max
