Eero 7 vs gl.inet flint 2 or 3
I have two flint 2's. One is for Iot. The other is for everything else. I throttle all the speeds of all my Iot devices on my iot flint 2. You can also run adguard home on all of your devices... Iot or otherwise. DNS over TLS... Wireguard... At least go Gl.inet... Eero can take a flying leap

Wifi using 2+MOCA
I'm having trouble getting an acceptable speed through walls in my home. I have an eero pro 7. I have an additional eero 6+, but adding that in mesh did not seem to help very much.
Since I have coax in every room, could I add MOCA adapters where I need them and connect through ethernet, add additi

Upgraded to 2.5 gig eero ad am having wired conection setup confusion. Would appreciate any insite.
(EDIT) Problem solved for anyone who found their way here suffering from the same issue. Replacing the eero with my own router with at least (2) 2.5 gig ports and running a switch and the eero down stream fixed it. Still don't like that you need to either buy your own router or upgrade to an eero 7

Purchased 7Gig Ultra Bundle w/ Static IPs. Install tech says he can't install that
no that is because the only equipment we have that can support more than 2 gig with static is the eero 7 max and the max for some reason they can not get it to work with static ips. if you have your own equipment then you just need to tell them that and tell them to install it and do NOT leave any r

200Mbps limit from switch or Eero 7?
yeah i'm not loving the eero so far... mostly because of this experience. what Ubiquiti did you buy / cost? i really don't have too much complexity to my network so i'm not sure it would be worth it to spend a lot. 3 PCs, chromecast tv, phones.

Can't setup Eero 7 with my ONT despite trying many different options
I recently purchased an Eero 7 (3-pack) and was going through the setup with my Adtran ONT, but it won't connect. I get an "External IP Address" error on the Eero app. I've tried numerous restart and troubleshoot methods but haven't gotten it to work.
For background on my current setup: It was setu

BYOD eero 7
I dont want to pay the $20/month they're charging me for their router and extender so I bought the eero 7. When walking through the steps, the eero 7 just doesn't connect and just stops on "Your eero 7 cannot connect to the internet".
Ive verified everything is connected, rebooted multiple times..

Crappy internet and crappier custom service
Signed up with Frontier Fiber about a month ago. Was excited at the idea of Fiber cause I was getting fed up with Xfinity. Since then it’s been nothing but problems.
The tech installs the eero gateway in my garage cause the fiber line is in the wall close to my breaker box outside. The eero pro 6e
