Solved..! Kinda. Workaround was to put an unmanaged network switch between my ONT and Eero 7 Pro. (Link to reddit post at bottom of post)

So now I have ONT -> network switch -> Eero 7 Pro -> Desktop.

Where every -> is an Ethernet cable.

As background I had Fidium in York, ME and it worked great. I just moved to OOB and they just completed the install. I had it configured to use my own router (eero 7 pro). It worked well for a few days then it suddenly became very slow. Basically the upload speed dropped to 0.
