I would say 7/10 for the QD-IPS monitor and 9.5/10 for the QD-OLED monitor. I'd recommend you go for B850 Aorus elite wifi7 motherboard instead. It's top of the line B850 board which will easily handle overclocking even with ryzen 9 CPUs. It also has a much better I/O selection except it lacks the USB 4 port which imho you can easily live without. As others have suggested,

Não existe muitas opções abaixo de 240Hz em monitores, acho que saiu recentemente um G5 OLED 180Hz, mas parece que não veio ainda para o Brasil. A opção mais vantajosa ao meu ver é o Alienware AW2725D 280Hz, na faixa de 4-5k em 10x falando com consultor da Dell. 3 anos de garantia, QD-OLED, 1440p.

Deffo upgrade your monitor. I went from a 6750 XT to a 9070 XT and first thing I did was buy me a sweet high refresh 1440p OLED monitor. (It's the Alienware AW2725D if you're interested). It's a massive step up from a 1080p IPS monitor. 9070 XT is massively overkill for 1080p. It's a competent 1440p
